Landshark’s Pizza Co. January Ghost Chili Hot Wing Challenger Breaks Record Time!
Congratulations to super-star Neil Sebree of Santa Rosa Beach for an outstanding, record-breaking performance at January’s Ghost Chili Hot Wing Eating Contest put on here at Landshark’s Pizza of Destin. What an amazing event with a fully packed house of loud, rowdy, cheering, friendly people rooting for their favorite contestant – or as in many cases – just making a ton of noise because it’s fun to do it!
Our first place winner managed to polish off a basket of incinerator-hot Ghost Chili buffalo wings in two minutes and three seconds, and did so without a hint of tears, whining, bellyaching, or any other form of behavior that would put a fellow’s man card in jeopardy.
Neil is now the proud owner of a specially-etched Landshark’s Pizza Company beer mug, a couple of t-shirts (we think – there was a lot of beer flowing that night), and “a bunch of other crap,” as owner Brian Hassmann is quoted as saying.
